We're seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing remote team as Remote Client Representatives . You'll meet with clients virtually, answer questions, explain available benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing support—all from the comfort of your home.
No previous insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.

Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments to understand their needs and provide professional guidance regarding available benefit options.
Develop trusted relationships through consistent communication and outstanding service. Conduct periodic reviews to help clients address changing family circumstances and coverage needs.
Maintain accurate digital documentation while following company procedures, state requirements, and applicable industry regulations.
Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development designed to strengthen your customer service, communication, and professional skills.

This is a performance-based, commission opportunity rather than an hourly or salaried customer service position. Individual earnings vary based on production and performance.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
