Position DescriptionElectriCom and Isbell Construction are part of a unified team delivering telecommunications and utility infrastructure across the United States. Founded in 1960 in Paoli, Indiana, ElectriCom provides aerial and underground construction and maintenance services for broadband providers, electric utilities, cooperatives, and municipalities.
Established in 1985 and now operating as an ElectriCom subsidiary, Isbell Construction brings specialized expertise in rural fiber construction, rock excavation, trenching, long-haul installation, and complex-terrain projects throughout the Southwest.

The Maintenance Manager leads Isbell Construction’s shop and equipment maintenance operations, with responsibility for shop performance, vehicle and equipment readiness, maintenance quality, inventory controls, and the performance and development of shop personnel.
Working closely with Field Operations, Safety, and Isbell senior leadership, the Maintenance Manager establishes effective preventive and corrective maintenance practices, supports field needs, manages costs, and ensures equipment is properly inspected, repaired, documented, and returned to service.
