Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the plan of care
Support patients and families with compassion, education, and advocacy
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available for call-back as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications
Active Kansas RN license in good standing
Valid Kansas Driver's License
Strong people and communication skills
Passion for hospice and end-of-life care
Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
Schedule
Full-time
On-call rotation required
