Picker/Packer - Mahwah

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker/Packer to work with KDC/One Acupac in Mahwah. This role involves accurate product handling and preparation for delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 3:30pm to 2:00am (10-hour shifts)

Pay Rates

• 16.43 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Picker/Packer

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English and/or Spanish.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.

Desirable Requirements for Picker/Packer

• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and a problem-solving mindset.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes.

Role for Picker/Packer

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes.
• Ensure items are packaged correctly and placed in the proper containers.
• Maintain consistent productivity while adhering to safety standards and deadlines.
• Handle items with care to prevent product damage.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
