# Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies for the Battery Business Unit, including establishing and enhancing procurement and product supply management systems.
• Support the implementation of the Group’s procurement strategy and develop a comprehensive supplier resource framework to maximise the effective use of available resources.
• Develop procurement strategies and plans aligned with the Business Unit’s operational objectives, providing recommendations and market insights for major procurement decisions.
• Establish and implement procurement policies, procedures and work plans for battery raw materials and manufacturing equipment, and regularly monitor compliance and performance.
• Review procurement plans for materials and equipment, overseeing their development, allocation, implementation and performance evaluation.
• Build and manage a reliable supply network for materials and equipment, expand sourcing channels and oversee supplier performance.
• Monitor production schedules and supplier delivery performance to ensure the timely delivery of finished products.

# Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the battery, battery materials, battery equipment or advanced manufacturing industry.
• At least five years of experience in a procurement or supply chain leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of battery materials, manufacturing equipment, production operations and quality management.
• Established supplier networks within the battery industry will be highly regarded.
• Experience using major ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation, communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
