Physical Therapist Assistant The best patient outcomes begin by listening to our therapists. Continuum Therapy Partners was born from a desire to address a gap in the industry: the need for a company that truly prioritizes the clinician’s voice. Since we began with nine facilities in North Carolina, we have scaled our model to support 275 facilities in 16 states, without losing sight of our roots. Our therapists are our most vital partners; without them, the care we provide and the company we’ve built could not exist.
