Job Title: Sr. Client Performance Manager - Atlanta Radio

 

Position Overview

Cox Media Group Atlanta Radio is looking for a Senior Client Performance Manager to help our largest and most strategic advertisers get the most from their media investments.

 

In this senior, client-facing role, you will be a trusted performance partner, turning campaign data, market insights, and advertiser goals into clear recommendations that strengthen relationships, improve outcomes, and support long-term account growth.

 

You will work directly with clients and collaborate closely with Account Executives, sales leaders, digital sales teams, and operations partners to align strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization across radio, digital, and cross-channel campaigns.

 

The right candidate is consultative, analytical, and confident leading performance conversations with senior client stakeholders. You know how to connect campaign results to business priorities, identify meaningful opportunities, and communicate value in a way that builds trust.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serves as the senior performance strategy lead for Atlanta Radio’s largest and most strategic advertising accounts
  • Leads client performance reviews, optimization conversations, strategic planning discussions, and renewalsupport meetings
  • Analyzes campaign performance, market trends, and client goals to create clear, actionable reporting and recommendations
  • Partners across Sales, digital, and operations teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution, reporting, optimization, and client follow-through
  • Identifies performance insights, risks, and growth opportunities that support stronger outcomes, client retention, and incremental revenue
  • Uses knowledge of digital advertising platforms, campaign workflows, and performance data to guide client conversations and internal execution
  • Connects performance insights across radio, digital, and cross-channel solutions to each client’s broader business objectives
  • Delivers a consistent, high-quality client experience through proactive communication, thoughtful recommendations, and strong internal follow-through

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, client success, account management, media strategy, campaign strategy, or advertising operations
  • Proven experience working directly with clients to present campaign performance, lead business reviews, and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Ability to manage complex advertising campaigns or account portfolios with multiple stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms, reporting tools, and campaign workflows, including performance monitoring, trafficking, optimization, and results communication
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and develop insights that support client retention, revenue growth, and stronger campaign outcomes
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create polished, client-ready reports, presentations, and performance narratives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights to clients, senior stakeholders, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative media environment
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong commitment to client service, accountability, and measurable business results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience supporting strategic or high-revenue advertising accounts in a client-facing performance, account management, or media strategy role
  • Background in radio, audio, broadcast, digital media, or integrated local advertising solutions
  • Strong understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, conversion tracking, optimization strategy, and digital reporting best practices
  • Experience creating polished client-facing presentations, business reviews, and performance narratives for senior-level stakeholders
