Position Overview and Responsibilities
At Sentral, we are building a team of people-first focused individuals who thrive on going above and beyond. Ideal candidates will exemplify a can-do attitude, a growth mindset, and an entrepreneurial drive. Successful candidates will be proactive, solution-oriented, and have strong ownership of their work. The Lifestyle Ambassador serves as a liaison and point of contact for the resident experience. The position drives the hospitality for all amenity spaces and is the cornerstone of our programming and services. The Lifestyle Ambassador is tasked with fostering a vibrant community atmosphere, increasing resident satisfaction and retention, providing exceptional hospitality, and elevating the brand's reputation.
This is an in-person position located in downtown Los Angeles, CA. The shift schedule is Wednesday-Sunday from 11:30am-8pm.
